Name, ticker, picture and a seat size. You are seat 1, you create the coin.

Ten take a seat
Anyone joins with one wallet signature. No SOL moves yet. Leave any time before it fills.

Sign together
At 10/10 every seat gets its own part of the launch bundle and has 50 seconds to sign. Seat order is shuffled by the block hash.

One block
Create + 10 buys go out as one Jito bundle: all land together or nothing lands. If a seat does not sign, it is freed and nobody pays.
Your keys never leave your wallet. The pad only holds the new coin's mint key for the create. Curve price still moves with every buy, so later seats get a little fewer tokens for the same SOL.
